Respected Sir/Madam, Further to our intimation letter dated August 5, 2026, filed with the Stock Exchange regarding admission of the petition for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against Shrenik Limited by the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench – Court II vide order dated July 30, 2026, and the appointment of the undersigned as the Interim Resolution Professional, we wish to inform you as under: 1. The 1st Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) of the Company was held on 29th August 2026. The agenda for confirmation of the IRP as the Resolution Professional (“RP”) or replacement of the IRP under Section 22 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been put to vote. The voting is still in progress, and the CoC has not yet taken a decision on the matter. 2. In terms of Regulation 17(3) of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, where the appointment of the RP is delayed, the IRP shall perform the functions of the RP from the fortieth day of the insolvency commencement date till an RP is appointed under Section 22 of the Code. Further, in terms of Section 16(5) of the Code, the term of the IRP continues till the date of appointment of the RP. 3. Accordingly, the undersigned IRP is performing the functions of the Resolution Professional (deemed Resolution Professional) of the Company from the fortieth day of the insolvency commencement date, i.e. July 30, 2026, and shall continue to do so until an RP is appointed under Section 22 of the Code.
