Though tough, this decision is taken considering above change in leadership structure, differentials in leadership styles and cultures and operating model given my domicile requirements. My sincere hope is that this decision will be a mutually beneficial one, whereby, the company can have an aligned leadership team with the aligned culture on one hand and I can strike a chord between my professional pursuit as well as personal demands (via-a-vis family in the United States).
