Trading Window

Arkade Developers Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for approving these financial results in due course. All designated persons have been advised not to trade during this period.
