The Thirty-first Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. (IST), through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. 2. The Company has fixed Record Date as Friday, July 10, 2026, for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Dividend of ₹ 6/- (60%) per equity share having face value of ₹ 10/- each on fully paid-up shares of the Company and pro-rata dividend on partly paid-up equity shares for the Financial Year 2025-26. The said Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within the statutory time, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable. 3. The Company has fixed Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the voting entitlement of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting as Saturday, July 11, 2026.
