The reconstitution is consequent upon the appointment of Mrs. P. J. Bhavani, hitherto a Non-Executive Woman Director, as Managing Director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held today, as a result of which she becomes an Executive Director and ceases to be a member of the NRC, and upon the continuation of Mr. Prasad V. Potluri as Non-Executive Director and Chairman following his resignation from the office of Managing Director.
