Ms. Shanta Gupta, Functional Head – Human Resources & Administration and a member of the Senior Management Team of the Company will retire from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. 2. Dr. Nitin Dharmadhikari, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Senior Management Team of the Company, shall be retiring from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. 3. Mr. Prasanna Deshmukh, has been appointed as Functional Head – Human Resources & Administration and will be designated as Senior Management Personnel with effect from July 01, 2026.
