Pursuant to the amalgamation of Centum T&S Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, with Centum Electronics Limited, effective October 29, 2025, with an appointed date of April 1, 2024, the disclosures in this Report have been prepared considering the amalgamated entity. Accordingly, previous year figures have been restated, wherever applicable, to reflect the impact of the amalgamation from the appointed date and to align the disclosures with the current reporting structure. 2. The Company has investments in Centum Electronics UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, which in turn has invested in Centum T&S Group Société Anonyme (S.A.). During FY 2025-26, Centum T&S Group Société Anonyme (S.A.) and certain of its underlying overseas subsidiaries filed for Redressement Judiciaire proceedings under the applicable local laws. VI.
