Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Arkade Developers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from July 01, 2026, and will last until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Code of Conduct. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these financial results will be intimated in due course.
