Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in con(cid:415)nua(cid:415)on to our earlier in(cid:415)ma(cid:415)on dated 29th September 2026, whereby we had enclosed
copies of newspaper adver(cid:415)sement published in Business Standard (Maharashtra edi(cid:415)on) in English
language and in Loksa(cid:425)a (Maharashtra edi(cid:415)on - Except Chhatrapa(cid:415) Sambhajinagar Edi(cid:415)on) in
vernacular language, regarding the dispatch of the No(cid:415)ce convening Mee(cid:415)ng of the Equity
Shareholders for approval of the Scheme and the e-vo(cid:415)ng informa(cid:415)on thereto pursuant to the Order
dated 13th August 2026 passed by the Hon'ble Na(cid:415)onal Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench
(“NCLT”), and in compliance with the Regula(cid:415)on 44 of the SEBI Lis(cid:415)ng Regula(cid:415)ons, Sec(cid:415)on 108 of the
Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administra(cid:415)on Rules),
2014, as amended.
