The Record date fixed for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of final dividend is Friday, July 24, 2026. The final dividend would be paid to the eligible shareholders on or after Friday, August 07, 2026, after deducting the tax at source within a period of 30 days from the date of AGM.
