GSPC GROUP SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT FULLY IMPLEMENTED
WITH LISTING AND TRADING OF GSPL TRANSMISSION

As a significant final step towards full implementation of mega merger - demerger Scheme
of Arrangement involving GSPC Group of Companies, the equity shares of GSPL
Transmission Limited (GTL") commenced trading on the BSE and NSE on 30
September following all necessary approvals granted by SEBI and the Stock Exchanges.
GSPL Transmission Limited is a Resulting Company from the GSPC Group Scheme of
Arrangement into which the Gas Transmission Business of erstwhile Gujarat State
Petronet Limited ("GSPL) was demerged.
GTL's transmission network is strategically located within the State of Gujarat covering 26
districts, providing direct connectivity to major natural gas supply sources as well as key
demand centres across the State. The Company's network is connected to all significant
natural gas supply points in Gujarat, including designated collection points near the natural
gas fields of various gas field operators.
GTL's equity shares debuted on the BSE and NSE on September, 2026. Commenting
on this occasion, Shri M K Das, IAS, Chief Secretary to Government of Gujarat and
Chairman, GTL stated "Today GTL is the Second Largest Gas Transmission Company in India
with its 2900 KMs of Gujarat Natural Gas Pipeline Network, on Open Access Basis. GTL continues
to look for more growth opportunities. We are sure that the investors community will continue to repose its
faith in the Company's strong business model."
GTL owns and operates about 2900 K.Ms of Natural Gas Transmission Pipelines in
Gujarat most of which are high pressure pipelines. GTL has firm plans to expand its
Gujarat Network by laying additional 711 KMs of pipelines which includes njar
Palanpur Pipelines of about 284 KMs for which the Company has already awarded EPC
Contract at an estimated Cost of approx. Rs. 1800 Crores. Further, the Company is also

implementing amnagar Dwarka Pipeline project in Dwarka district which further
connect to major gas source in Kutch basin which will boost gas transportation business
of GTL. Other pipelines under implementation include Dahej-Bhadbhut Pipeline,

Vantewad Rajpipla Pipeline and Bhayla connectivity which further augment GTL's gas
transmission network and improve Transportation Tariff.
