The company has made an application vide SRN AC6211649 on 21/09/2026 requesting for an extension of time for the purpose of holding AGM on the following grounds The reasons provided by the company is that due to the term of the existing Statutory Auditor of the Company has expired and, accordingly, the Company proposes to appoint a new Statutory Auditor in place of the retiring auditor, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
