Ref No: RML/2026-27/680 Date: June 25, 2026 BSE Limited National Stock Exchange of India Limited Scrip Code: 543228 Symbol: ROUTE Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Intimation of Cyber Security Incident at Step-down Wholly Owned Subsidiary Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) this is inform you that a cyber security incident has occurred at Masivian S.A.S, a wholly owned subsidiary of Route Mobile (UK) Limited and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Route Mobile Limited (“Company”), which has impacted certain systems within the Masivian environment located in South America, primarily in Colombia, and relates only to customers and systems based in Colombia. The affected systems have since been isolated and containment measures have been implemented. The incident is confined to Masivian S.A.S. and has not impacted the Company or any other group companies. We would like to assure you that the technical team of Masivian S.A.S along with a specialized team of cybersecurity experts and the Masivian S.A.S management initiated necessary precautions and protocols to mitigate the impact of this incident. Masivian S.A.S is investigating the matter and appropriate containment, and remediation actions are being taken in a controlled manner to address the incident.
