Greaves Cotton Ltd has announced that its 107th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 4, 2026. The company has set the record date as July 28, 2026, and book closure from July 29 to August 4, 2026, to determine eligible members for a dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or before September 2, 2026.
