Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Further Delay in Commissioning of the 9.9 MW Hybrid
Power Project
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in continuation of the Company's earlier intimation dated August 29, 2026, regarding the
delay in commissioning of the 9.9 MW Hybrid Power Project at Kalikanagar, Gujarat.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that the commissioning activities for one WTG location
along with the 7.65 MW solar component, which were earlier expected to be completed by
September 30, 2026, have not commenced as on date and are now expected to be completed by
the end of October 2026.
Further, the commissioning schedule for the remaining two WTG locations, which was earlier
expected to be completed by the end of October 2026, has been revised. Of these two locations,
one is now expected to be commissioned by the end of November 2026 and the other by the end
of December 2026.
The further delay is due to factors beyond the control of the Company/project developer,
including high wind speeds, heavy monsoon conditions resulting in additional logistics-road
work, and delays in obtaining the required shutdowns of existing 33 kV and 11 kV lines for the
33 kV transmission-line work.
Kindly take the same on record.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
For Borana Weaves Limited
