Amarnath Securities Ltd held its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was attended by 20 members, and the requisite quorum was present. The Chairman, Mr. Chetan Patel, declared the meeting open and welcomed the members. The company secretary informed that the facility to cast votes by electronic means was provided to the members, and the remote e-voting commenced on September 27, 2026. The board has appointed a scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting in a fair and transparent manner.
