This is in continuation to our letter dated 28th September 2026 regarding the disclosure on receipt of one (1) Major Order valued Rs. 1076.71 Crore (excl. GST) by the Company. In addition to the aforementioned Major Order, the Company has received two (2) other orders during the month of September 2026, totaling Rs. 500.22 Crore (excl. GST). Of the two orders received, Rs. 224.74 Crore pertains to Buildings Division and Rs. 275.48 Crore pertains to Transportation Division of the Company. In this regard, we wish to submit the following:  These orders have been received in the normal course of business of the Company and do not include any internal order.  The Promoters / Promoter Group / Group Companies do not have any interest in the entities that have awarded the projects to the Company and don’t fall under Related Party Transaction.
