In accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with the Electricity Rules, 2005, the Company is required to hold a minimum of twenty-six percent (26%) of the equity share capital of the power producer to qualify as a captive user of the power generated by such power producer. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. HO/ 49/ 14/ 14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/ I/ 3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
