An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering and belongs to the 2016 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (Kerala Cadre). He brings extensive administrative experience to his current roles, having previously served as the District Collector of Kozhikode, Chief Executive Officer of Kerala IT Parks, Director of the Kerala State IT Mission, and Director of General Education.
