He currently serves as President & Chief Commercial Officer of Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc., a subsidiary of Towa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where he has held full U.S. P&L responsibility since 2018. Mr. Guy has extensive experience in driving business growth, portfolio development, strategic partnerships, and organizational transformation within the pharmaceutical sector. He has led the expansion of specialty and institutional pharmaceutical businesses, managed global partner networks across multiple countries, and played a key role in corporate transactions, including the sale of Breckenridge Pharmaceutical to Towa Pharmaceutical in 2020. His prior leadership experience was with Aveva Drug Delivery Systems, Inc. where he was Director – Business Development. He holds an MBA from the University of Dayton, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wright State University.
