In view of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Afcons Infrastructure Limited — a company listed with the National Stock Exchange (“NSE”) and Bombay Stock Exchange (“BSE”) had entered into a Charterparty dated 24.04.2026 to take one of the Company’s vessels on charter for a period of 75 days w. e. f 18.05.2026. The Company states that Afcons Infrastructure Limited has defaulted in payment of inter alia charter hire (for July 2026), catering expenses and demobilization fees which remain long overdue. 2. As a result, the Company has, through its advocates, issued a Demand Notice / Invoice under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, to Afcons Infrastructure Limited, for the outstanding amount of Rs.3,04,59,761.44 plus interest totalling to Rs.3,16,20,074.44 (upto 28.09.2026).
