In this connection, please be informed that there is no information/announcement (including impending announcement) to be made by the Company which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the volume of shares of the Company, and which is required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"). The Company is not aware of any information that led to the significant increase in the volume of the shares of the Company.
