Dr. S.R. Shriraam Shekher has confirmed that he meets the criteria of independence as prescribed under Section 149(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 16(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations. Further, in terms of NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2018/24 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19, both dated 20th June 2018, we hereby confirm that Dr. S.R. A former Indian Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (16 years), having 15 years of corporate experience as Promoter Director and CEO and has practised as an Advocate for 14 years.
