Mr. Sethurathnam Ravi has further confirmed in his resignation that his resignation is solely on account of his personal and professional commitments and that there are no other material reasons for his resignation. Consequent upon his resignation and cessation as a Director of the Company, Mr. Sethurathnam Ravi shall also cease to hold the office of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 30, 2026.
