KNR Palani Infra Private Limited (“KPIPL”) 2. KNR Ramagiri Infra Private Limited (“KRGIPL”) 3. KNR Guruvayur Infra Private Limited (“KGIPL”) 4. KNR Ramanattukara Infra Private Limited (“KRIPL”) and expected date of completion of sale of aforementioned SPVs. Further, in continuation to our intimations dated 30th May, 2026, 11th June 2026 and 18th September 2026 informing sale of its stake held by the Company in KPIPL, KRGIPL and KGIPL respectively, In this regard, we herewith further intimate that the Company and Purchaser have mutually agreed to extend the timeline for sale of its stake held by the Company in KRIPL due to delay in compliance of certain Condition Precedents and accordingly, the proposed date of completion of the said transaction is extended upto 31st December 2026.
