Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & amendments thereof; and in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting. Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. Further, it is hereby informed that in terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Wednesday, 14th October, 2026 at Vallabh Vidyanagar, inter alia, to consider and approve:- a. the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026 alongwith related segment wise financial results; and b.
