In compliance with Circular No. NSE/ CML/ 2019/11 dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by NSE, w.r.t. the
“Clarification regarding trading restriction period”, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,
2015 and Company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the
Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons of the Company with effect from 1st
October, 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the
Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company of the
Quarter ended on 30th September, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
