RVNL/SECY/STEX/2026-27 dated 29th September, 2026 submitted to the Exchanges regarding entrustment of additional charge of post of Director (Finance) on the Board of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL). In this regard, it is to inform that in accordance with applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of RVNL has approved the appointment of Smt. Neeti Sarkar (DIN: 11978693) as Director (Finance) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) w.e.f. 30th September, 2026 (date of allotment of DIN). Therefore, Shri Abhishek Kumar ceased to be a Director (Finance) on the Board of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited w.e.f. 30.09.2026. Details as per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure- A. The Updated list of Directors is enclosed as Annexure- B. In compliance with SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and as per the confirmation received from Smt.
