This is for your information and records. Thanking you, Yours Truly For Calcom Vision Limited Aditi Ghosh Company Secretary & Compliance Officer M. No. A51074 Encl.: A/a Chairman’s Speech 41st Annual General Meeting on 30th September, 2026 CALCOM VISION LIMITED Dear Shareholders, It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to the 41st Annual General Meeting of Calcom Vision Limited. On behalf of the Board, I thank each one of you for joining us today and for your continued trust and confidence in Calcom. FY 2025–26 was a year of significant progress for the Company. It was also a year of global uncertainty, marked by geopolitical tensions, commodity-price volatility, currency movements, supply-chain disruptions and rapid technological change. Despite these challenges, we remained focused on strengthening our manufacturing capabilities, diversifying our product portfolio and building a more integrated and resilient business. The Industry Outlook The electronics and lighting industry is undergoing a structural transition. Customers are increasingly seeking energy-efficient, reliable and application-specific solutions, while localization and supply- chain reliability are becoming more important. At the same time, the industry continues to face intense competition and cost pressures, particularly in commoditized lighting categories. The convergence of lighting with electronics, smart technologies, solar solutions and energy management is creating new opportunities. We believe companies with strong manufacturing, engineering and product-development capabilities are well placed to participate in these emerging opportunities. Company Overview & Key Developments Your Company continues to strengthen its position as an Original Design Manufacturer and Electronics Manufacturing Services provider. During the year, our focus was on product diversification, manufacturing integration, localization and developing opportunities beyond conventional lighting. Our engineering depth is an important strength, with capabilities spanning R&D, product design, tooling, manufacturing and quality assurance. Our engineering and manufacturing platform is vertically integrated from R&D and product design through tooling, PCB and product manufacturing and quality assurance. We have dedicated R&D capabilities across product housings, electronics and optics, supported by in-house tooling and rapid prototyping. Our manufacturing infrastructure includes 11 SMT lines for high-volume PCB assembly, 2 MI lines with wave soldering, plastic injection moulding, aluminium pressure die casting and plastic extrusion, with end-to-end control over electronics, mechanical housings and optical components. Continuous in-line quality testing through SPI, AOI and automated test setups further strengthens our quality systems. Key Initiatives & Developments Expanding Product Portfolio We expanded our Outdoor and Professional Lighting portfolio across Street Lights, Flood Lights, High Bay Lights, Well Glass, Bulkheads and Emergency Lighting. We also continued to develop All-in-One, Semi-Integrated and RMS-enabled solar street lighting solutions, while pursuing opportunities in smart and connected solutions, battery-related applications and other emerging electronics segments. We are also strengthening our product portfolio and are in the process of adding new customers. Scaling up Manufacturing Infrastructure In the last financial year, we expanded our manufacturing space by approximately 20,000 square feet and strengthened backward integration by adding five plastic extrusion machine, aluminum pressure die-casting facilities and powder-coating capabilities. These investments, together with automation, provide greater control over quality and costs, reduce operational dependencies and improve our ability to respond to changing customer requirements. Building on a Strong Customer Base Our long-standing customer relationships remain our major strength. We are using our expanded product range, engineering capabilities and manufacturing infrastructure to deepen these relationships, address a wider range of customer requirements. In the year 2025–26, we added major national brands such as Gold Medal, Eveready and R.R. Kabel as our customers. In the current financial year, we have added a major national brand in the lighting industry and are in the process of adding another major brand as our customer. PLI Update Our recognition under the Large Investment category of the Production-Linked Incentive Scheme for White Goods is an important milestone. During the Financial year, PLI incentives of INR 1.80 crore were received. We have met the required target of sales and investment for the year and we are in process for filing our application for claim of INR 6 Crore for F.Y 25-26. The scheme supports our objective of increasing domestic value addition, localization and manufacturing efficiency. Sustainability and Responsible Growth Sustainability remains an important part of our growth approach. During the year, we enhanced our rooftop solar capacity to 525 KW at our manufacturing facility. Alongside energy-efficient products and improved manufacturing processes, this supports greater resource efficiency and responsible growth. Financial Results and Future Potential I am pleased to share that the Company achieved its highest annual revenue during FY 2025–26. Revenue from operations increased to ₹218.45 crore, compared with ₹157.26 crore in the previous year, representing an increase of 38.71%. This reflects the continued expansion of our business and the progress made in strengthening our product and manufacturing capabilities. As the Company has been able to constantly achieve growth in terms of output and revenues in last few years, this year we also aim to be more efficient and improve the profitability. Our Strategy 1. Product Portfolio Diversification We will continue to expand our Outdoor and Professional Lighting and Solar Lighting Solutions while developing opportunities in smart and connected solutions, battery-related applications and other emerging electronics segments. We will also continue to diversify our product portfolio and build on our engineering and manufacturing capabilities to address new customer requirements. The focus now is on high value and better margin products instead of high volume and low margin products. 2. Backward Integration Supported by Strong Automation We will continue to strengthen our manufacturing platform through backward integration and strong automation so that we can scale efficiently, improve manufacturing control and cater to customized requirements. Outlook for FY 2026–27 For FY 2026–27 and onwards, our priorities remain clear. We will continue to invest selectively in product development, automation, localization, testing and backward integration, while expanding our presence in outdoor and professional lighting, solar solutions, EMS, emerging electronics and international markets. We recognize that commodity prices, currency movements, semiconductor allocation, PCB availability and supply-chain disruptions will continue to present challenges. Our response will be to strengthen localization, product diversification, manufacturing resilience and disciplined execution. Closing Remarks and Acknowledgement We remain confident in the long-term potential of India’s manufacturing and electronics ecosystem and are committed to innovation, operational excellence, customer-centricity and responsible growth. I sincerely thank our employees for their de [Showing first 8,000 characters — download PDF for full document]
