Sect/11 dated 13 February 2023 and Sect/87 dated 4 September 2024, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has today signed and executed the Conveyance Deed with Tata Steel Limited (TSL) for the acquisition of the 2 × 1800 TPD Air Separation Units (ASUs) situated at TSL's Kalinganagar Phase II Expansion Project. Consequent upon the execution of the Conveyance Deed, the acquisition and transfer of the aforesaid ASUs from TSL to the Company have been successfully completed. Further, the Company has commenced the supply of industrial gases to Tata Steel Limited from this facility, effective today.
