Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, we hereby inform you that the Company has, today i.e. 30th September, 2026, repaid the balance ICDs amounting to Rs. 44 Crore availed by the Company from Zuari Industries Limited. Consequently, the outstanding ICDs from Zuari Industries Limited as on date stand Nil. Kindly take the above information on record.
