The balance ~26% of the total equity shareholding in KMTL was to be sold after obtaining requisite regulatory and other approvals and in a manner consistent with transmission service agreement. We are pleased to inform that the Company has completed the sale and transfer of the balance ~26% of equity shareholding in KMTL held by it to Apraava on 24th June, 2026. Consequent to this divestment, the Company has transferred its entire equity shareholding in KMTL to Apraava. The intimation of completion of necessary formalities was received today viz. 25th June, 2026 at about 11:21 a.m. (IST). We request you to take the same on record.
