Completion of Tenure of Independent Director

HEG Ltd announced that Shri Satish Chand Mehta's second consecutive term as an Independent Director concluded on June 22, 2026. As a result, he will cease to hold office as an Independent Director of the Company from the close of business hours on that date. This is a routine change in the directorship due to the completion of his tenure, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
