Towers, Dalal Street Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400001 Mumbai - 400051 Scrip Code : 544278 Scrip Code : OCCLLTD Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Final Findings in Anti-Dumping Duty Absorption Review concerning Insoluble Sulphur imported from China PR Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Anti-absorption review investigation of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of “Insoluble Sulphur” originating in or exported from China PR has been concluded by the Designated Authority, “Directorate General of Trade Remedies” (DGTR), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. The review was initiated pursuant to an application filed by OCCL Limited, alleging absorption of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of Insoluble Sulphur originating in or exported from China PR, thereby rendering such duty ineffective. In its Final Findings dated 18 September 2026 in Case No. AD (AA)-02/2026 notified in e-Gazette on 29 September 2026 (copy attached), the DGTR has concluded that the existing anti-dumping duty has been absorbed by exporters from China PR and has consequently become ineffective to the extent of such absorption. The DGTR has accordingly recommended modification of the quantum of anti-dumping duty applicable on imports of Insoluble Sulphur originating in or exported from China PR from USD 307 per MT to USD 485 per MT, while retaining the existing form of duty. The DGTR has further recommended that the modified anti-dumping duty be applied retrospectively with effect from 3 July 2026, being the date from which provisional assessment of such imports was made applicable.
