Dear Sir,
We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company for the prevention
of insider trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the
trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2026.
The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited
financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2026 is made to the Stock
Exchanges.
