Dear Sir/Madam, It is submitted that pursuant to Regulations 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) along with the provisions of Companies’ Act, 2013, the Members of the Company at their 40th Annual General Meeting, held on September 30, 2026, have approved the final dividend at the rate of Rs. 3.00/- i.e. (30%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each fully paid-up of the Company, as recommended by the Board of Directors, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026. Also, it is submitted that the payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made from Tuesday, October 6, 2026 onwards as under; a) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data available with the National Securities Depository Limited and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on the close of business hours on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (i.e., on Record Date). b) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as on the close of business hours on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (i.e., on Record Date).
