Intimation of closure of trading window

Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be closed from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the Board Meeting where the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026, will be considered and approved. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct.
