The meeting saw a total of 866,168,400 shares being voted, with 99.6% of the votes cast in favor of the first resolution, which related to the adoption of the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The second resolution, which pertained to the appointment of a director, also received 99.9% of the votes in favor.
