Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of
Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate
relatives (“Code”), the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed
from October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half
year ending on September 30, 2026 become generally available information.
The date of Board Meeting of the Company, in which Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and
Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026 would be considered, shall be
intimated in due course.
