Dear Sir(s),
This is to inform that Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, Unit Head of the Jawaharpur Unit of Dalmia
Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited (designated as a Senior Management Personnel)
has, on June 24, 2026, tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due
to personal reasons and has sought to be relieved on June 25, 2026. The resignation
has been accepted and shall come into effect from June 25, 2026.
The disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obliga-
tions and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached and marked as
Annexure 1. A copy of e-mail received from Mr. Kuldeep Kumar with respect to his
resignation is attached and marked as Annexure 2.

I would like to resign from my position as Unit Head, Jawaharpur Unit, due to personal
reasons. Kindly accept my resignation and relieve me of my duties on 25 June 2026.
