Accordingly, all the DPs have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 1st quarter ending on 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Further, in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024 /126 dated 23rd September, 2024, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated 21st April, 2025, the Company has confirmed the details with respect to the DPs, immediate relative of DPs and has specified the Trading Window Closure Period to National Securities Depository Limited (‘Designated Depository’) for freezing of the PAN of the DPs and immediate relatives of DPs for trading in the securities of the company during the trading window closure period, at security level.
