Previously, she served as Director, Human Resources at Amazon for close to thirteen years, leading global early career talent strategy across 40+ countries and 300+ universities, and earlier leading people strategy for Amazon's India technology organisation through its growth from approximately 150 to over 5,000 employees. She also founded NeonRay Consulting, advising boards and chief executives on people strategy, organisation design, and workforce transformation, and has earlier worked with Infosys BPM as a senior HR leader across multiple delivery centres.
