This is to inform you that in term of Company’s code of conduct for Trading by
Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the
Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed
for Directors,Promoters and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company from 1st
October, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results
for the half year ended 30th September, 2026.
Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter / deal
in any transaction involving sale or purchase of shares of company during the
period of closure of Trading Window.
