Geetha Gangadharan, Chief Regulatory Officer of BSE Limited, in place of Ms. Kamala Kantharaj, Non-Independent Director on the Governing Board of the Company, to represent BSE as Nominee Director (Non-Independent Director) on the Governing Board of the Company. She has played a significant role in regulatory oversight across intermediaries, listed entities, and market infrastructure institutions. She holds LLM in Taxation from the University of Calicut, securing First Rank, and a BA (Law) and LLB from Government Law College, University of Calicut, where she also secured First Rank.
