Sub: Closure of Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company in terms of the SEBI
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI PIT Regulations”)
Pursuant to the SEBI PIT Regulations, as amended from time to time, and as per Company’s Code
of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (“the Code”), we wish
to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain
closed for the designated persons including their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, till 48
hours after the declaration of Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the
Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
An intimation to this effect is also being sent to the designated persons in accordance with the above-
mentioned Code.
