The disclosure required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’. The Board also noted the resignation of Mr. Sukhmal Jain from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. Accordingly, Mr. Sukhmal Jain shall cease to be the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 30, 2026. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for his valuable contribution. The resignation of Mr. Sukhmal Jain from the position of Chief Financial Officer was already intimated to the Stock Exchanges on September 3, 2026, along with the disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. Further, the Board has authorised Mr. Ayush Kumar Jain, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, with effect from October 1, 2026, to determine the materiality of an event or information and to make disclosures to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with the Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events or Information adopted by the Board of Directors.
