Intimation for closure of Trading Window

Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct.
