This is to inform that in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,
2015, regarding trading restriction period as amended, we wish to inform you that the
trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the
Designated Persons and their Relatives covered under the code prescribed by SEBI
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with effect from Thursday, 01st October,
2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for
the quarter & half year ending on 30th September, 2026.
The date of Board Meeting to consider the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter &
half year ending on 30th September, 2026 will be intimated separately.
