Mr Nayak is an alumnus of Utkal university and Ravenshaw College, Odisha. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 30 years of experience in planning large scale CAPEX programs, leading team to set up both green field and brown field projects from Concept to Commissioning and introduction of new products in plants. He has done extensive work in the areas of localization and development of suppliers, introduction of new technologies and systems and carbon neutral initiatives.
