April 17, 2026 The Listing Compliance Department, National Stock Exchange of India Limited Subject: Response to email dated April 13, 2026 regarding Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 Dear Sir, This is with reference to your email dated April 13, 2026, seeking clarification on the earning per share (EPS) in the Consolidated Financial Results submitted for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 and re- submission of said financial results. In this regard, we respectfully submit that EPS of Rs. 8.22 which was inadvertently mentioned in the column 23(ii) i.e. “earning per equity share for discontinued operations” instead of column 23(i) i.e. “earning per equity share for continuing operations” is now rectified and we have submitted the revised results on Thursday, April 16, 2026. We regret for the inconvenience caused due to the above error and assure accuracy in all the future submission to the exchange. This is for your reference and records.
